Restart message on PC

Just started a wk or so ago. Asus laptop. Win 11. Firefox. Ocassional message:

Your device has run into a problem and needs to restart. Blue screen with a frown emoji.

So far, hasn't been a major problem except for having to enter everything again on the browser after restart.

This is my second or third ASUS machine and I remember seeing that message on one of them some time before the thing went south. Just wondering if this one is on the way out too or how to examine the cause for the condition.
