Sacramento/NorCal steel jam cancelled... for now

Post by Ian Worley »

[EDITED 3/4/23]

Apologies, we're going to need to cancel or at least postpone the steel jam that was planned for April 29, 2023. Perhaps we'll try to schedule something again in the fall.

First of all, hats off to our PSG friend Ian, for his continued interest in providing us steelers a venue to get together in!

If you haven't made one of the other two jams.... let me tell you, it is so great for longtime players, as well as newbies (last time we had a guitarist bring his lap steel... he ended having a great time).

Living close, or maybe the bay area.... put this on your calendar... it is that much fun to be in a room full of steel guitar enthusiasts!

Thanks Ian!

Sounds like fun. Looking forward to it. Haven't been in a room with so many other steel guitars in quite some time. ;)

I'm planning on attending too... unless my band gets a gig out of town.

It will be great to see you all again, and I look forward to meeting those of you who are new to me!

Hey Kevin, you must bring your new Emmons :) Love to hear one of those new "old" guitars!
